Baseline had 515 respondents, endline had 394, with 77% overlap between the two waves. The data is not representative of the general refugee population in the region. It provides insights into livelihoods programming for refugees in Ethiopia. All cooperative members were surveyed during both the baseline (2020) and endline (2023) phases.
