Its objective was to\nmonitor impact and outcome indicators related to education, healthcare, livelihoods, protection\nconcerns, shelter, and water and sanitation, contributing to UNHCR\u2019s reporting against multi-year\nstrategies to various stakeholders.\nThe survey can be implemented in diverse operational contexts and utilizes a standard structured\nquestionnaire, adaptable for standalone use or integration with other data collection efforts. Data\ncollection includes indicators at both household and individual levels, ensuring statistical\nrepresentativeness.\nThe population of interest comprised refugees, asylum-seekers, internally displaced people (IDPs),\nrefugee returnees, and host communities, each sampled separately. Refugees and asylum-seekers were\nsampled from UNHCR\u2019s registration database (proGres), stratified by areas. Refugee returnees, IDPs,\nand host communities were sampled using lists provided by the operation in each area, with systematic\nsampling conducted if sampled households were unreachable. Limited data collection occurred in some\nareas due to restricted lists or security concerns.\nIn total, 14,040 households were sampled, with 13,570 households interviewed. Of these, 5,456 out of\n5,740 sampled refugee and asylum-seeker households were interviewed, along with 4,865 IDP\nhouseholds, 949 refugee returnee households out of 1,090 sampled, and 2,300 host community\nhouseholds out of 2,315 sampled. Data collection utilized Computer-Assisted Personal Interviews\n(CAPI).","analysis_unit":"Household","data_kind":"Sample survey data [ssd]","notes":"The scope includes: \n- demographics \n- cash and livelihoods \n- protection \n- health \n- education \n- accomodation \n- accountability \n- feedback on humanitarian assistance","nation":[{"name":"Congo, Dem.
