The form has two main sections, one focusing on technical aspects, the other on protection. \nA few changes to the questionnaire were introduced in 2019, mainly to capture the feedback on cash based interventions; all changes, though, comply with the principle of preserving the comparability of data and findings across the implementation years. The monitored sample covers repairs completed in the geographic areas of four of the five UNHCR offices in eastern Ukraine: Mariupol, Sloviansk and Sievierodonetsk in governmentcontrolled areas (GCA); and Donetsk in non government-controlled areas (NGCA). Last year, Luhansk office in NGCA was not allowed to implement field visits and therefore could not contribute to the 20192 monitoring exercise.\nThe 433 monitoring visits on which this report is based represent 33 per cent of the 1,316 repairs conducted in 2019 by UNHCR, in line with last year\u2019s already satisfactory achievement.","coll_dates":[{"start":"2019-10-03","end":"2020-04-30","cycle":""}],"nation":[{"name":"Ukraine","abbreviation":"UKR"}],"geog_coverage":"Mariupol, Sloviansk and Severodonetsk, and Donetsk and Luhansk","analysis_unit":"Households","universe":"All 1316 repairs conducted by UNHCR between October 2019 and April 2020.","data_kind":"Sample survey data [ssd]","notes":"Geographical characteristics of repaired shelter; beneficiary's information and protection assessment; vulnerability criteria; safety; technical assessments of buildings; satisfaction with repairs; access to basic services."},"method":{"data_collection":{"data_collectors":[{"name":"UNHCR","abbreviation":"","affiliation":""}],"sampling_procedure":"Non random sample (purposive), selected to comply with 3 principles:\n- to cover as many areas as possible in order to capture the different conditions in which house repairs are conducted, while giving priority to areas with difficult access and conditions\n- to accord priority to problematic cases (in terms of technical or protection-related issues)\n- to cover all types of repairs, but giving priority to interventions that have required high investments in terms of time and money (heavy repairs and reconstructions)","coll_mode":"Face-to-face interview: Mobile"}},"data_access":{"dataset_use":{"contact":[{"name":"Curation Team","affiliation":"UNHCR","email":"microdata@unhcr.org","uri":""}],"cit_req":"UNHCR (2021).
