The underlying principle behind the process is linked to accountability, as well as a commitment to improve the quality and relevance of support provided, and related services. UNHCR increasingly uses cash based interventions (CBIs) as a preferred modality for delivering assistance, offering greater dignity and choice to displaced people in line with UNHCR\u2019s core protection mandate. In order to ensure that the cash assistance provided meets the intended objectives and that desired outcomes are achieved, UNHCR conducts regular post-distribution and outcome monitoring with a sample of refugee recipients residing across the country. This PDM covers people who receives CBI in Indonesia in early 2022. Feedback on the modality was collected from 110 households in August of 2022.","geog_coverage":"National","analysis_unit":"Households","universe":"The sample universe includes all refugee households registered to receive CBI in Indonesia","data_kind":"Sample survey data [ssd]","notes":"The Post-Distribution Monitoring covered:\n1) Timely delivery of assistance\n2) Spending habits of the household\n3) Sufficiency of the amount disbursed\n4) Coping strategies\n5) Procedural effectiveness","nation":[{"name":"Indonesia","abbreviation":"IDN"}],"topics":[{"topic":"Cash Assistance"},{"topic":"Solutions"},{"topic":"Basic Needs"}],"coll_dates":[{"start":"2022-08-08","end":"2022-08-16"}]},"method":{"data_collection":{"sampling_procedure":"Simple Random Sampling","coll_mode":["Computer Assisted Telephone Interview [cati]"],"data_collectors":[{"name":"Catholic Relief Services"}]}},"data_access":{"dataset_use":{"cit_req":"UNHCR (2022).
