Sample Frame, Households [sf/hh]
This dataset contains results from UNHCR’s second round of Post-Return Monitoring (PRM) in Afghanistan, conducted in December 2024. The survey targeted 2,868 Afghan refugee returnee households who returned from Pakistan between January and June 2024 and received UNHCR cash assistance at encashment centers. The phone-based survey provides nationally representative insights into returnees’ reintegration experiences across sectors including protection, basic services, shelter, livelihoods, and mental health. The data highlights both progress and ongoing challenges in the reintegration process and supports evidence-based programming and advocacy.
